    Shake: To move or sway with short , quick irregular movements. 

    Twist: To turn a part of your body back and forth

    Turn: To move around on an axis. Rotate your body around. 

    Bend: To move a body from a straight position to a curved or angular position. 

    Stretch: To move or draw out part of your body by extending oneself or a body part. 

    Swing: To move a body part back and forth that is suspended from above. 

    Rock: To move a body part back and forth while your body is on the ground. 

    Sway:  To move a body part from side to side while your body is on the ground. 

    Curl: Move a limb (elbow or knee) from a straightened position position to a curled or coiled position. 

    Freeze: Don't move any body part and be in a still position with nothing moving.
