• Catch Rolling Balls

     

    TK_K_SDC:    Receive Ball: 1. Eye on ball and get in front of ball

                                                 2. Crouch - bend knees and hips and lower body

                                                 3. Reach and Palms up, extend elbows so palms face up and fingers are near ground . 

                                                 4. Triangle- form a triangle with arms and chest. 

                                                 5. Catch 

                                                 6. Lift

    1st-5th    Mature Form-  1. Ready - toes forward and feet should width apart, Eye on ball and get in front of ball

                                             2. Crouch-bend knees and hips and lower body

                                             3. Reach and Palms up, extend elbows so palms face up and fingers are near ground . 

                                              4. Triangle- form a triangle with arms and chest.               

                                              5. Catch 

                                              6. Lift

                                              7. Vary speeds - slow ball, medium ball, fast ball on ground bouncing

                                              8. Throw ball to side- slide sideways and then repeat steps 1-6
