• Catch Fly Balls



    Drop and Catch: 1. Ready - Toes forward and feet shoulder width apart

                               2. Hold Ball/Catching object that bounces- hold chest high 

                               3. Drop and watch ball/catching object 

                               4. Catch- when ball is near waist and chest , catch ball/catching object. 


    1st-5th      1. Ready- toes forward and feet shoulder width apart. 

                      2. Watch Ball thoughout its course. Move to the ball so catch is made easy in front of body

                      3. Catch ball with thumbs in and squeeze ball/catching object. 

                      4. Lower ball and get ready to throw.
