• Get Moving On Your Own!!

      • Practice all the locomotor skills
      • Put on your favorite song and dance.
      • Make up an exercise plan that might include: jumping jacks, push-ups, curl-ups, planks, stretches, etc.
      • Play or walk your pet. 
      • play in the sprinklers or pool.
      • Yoga!
      • Help your parents clean! Vacuuming, dusting, organizing, doing yardwork all count as being active.
      • Go out for walks, ride your bike, scooter, or skateboard.
      • Keep a little journal or use the fitness log to track what you are doing daily to stay fit.
