• Vertical Jumping

     

    Jump Action: 1. Crouch (bend knees and hips) , point arms behind back

                          2. Push and Reach Up by swinging arms forward and up

                          3. Straight up as a rocket : your body forms straight vertical line after your jump

                          4. Look up : look at target or the direction you are jumping

     

    Mature Form: 1. Stand and crouch by bending knees and hips

                           2. Jump: swing both arms forward and reach up 

                           3. Straight up as a rocket : your body forms straight vertical line after your jump

                           4. Land on two feet and land softly by flexing your  knees ( bending)
