For warm up choose between the exercise fitness chart or do the following dance.
One of our activities this week will be practicing for the curl up. We don’t have mats and tape but you can modify by placing your hands on your knees and reaching forward until your fingers reach over your knees.

We’ll also be practicing pushups. Depending on your arm length you can place anything that is about 4-5 inches under your chest to gauge how far down or just go down far enough to make a 90 degree, right angle at your elbow
