Let's Get Moving!!
- Go out for walks, ride your bike, scooter, or skateboard.
- Put on your favorite song and dance.
- Make up an exercise plan that might include: jumping jacks, push-ups, curl-ups, planks, stretches, etc.
- Keep a little journal of what you are doing daily to stay fit.
- Help your parents! Vacuuming, dusting, organizing, doing yardwork all count as being active.
