Let's Get Moving!!

    • Go out for walks, ride your bike, scooter, or skateboard.


    • Put on your favorite song and dance.


    • Make up an exercise plan that might include: jumping jacks, push-ups, curl-ups, planks, stretches, etc.


    • Keep a little journal of what you are doing daily to stay fit.


    • Yoga!


    • Help your parents! Vacuuming, dusting, organizing, doing yardwork all count as being active.
