GENERAL COMPLAINT

A General Complaint concerns issues that do not fit into either the Williams or Uniform Complaint categories.The early informal resolution of complaints at the School level is encouraged whenever possible.
Procedure/Timeline:
- Discuss the situation directly with the person involved if appropriate. If not resolved within 10 working days...
- Discuss with the site supervisor or principal (who will provide the General Complaint Form) If not resolved within 10 working days.
- Forward the General Complaint Form to the appropriate Instructional Assistant Superintendent or Human Resources for procedural review.
