We will be working on fitness testing in March. They will be tested on 6 components. One of those components is aerobic capacity which we test by running the mile or the pacer test. Another component is abdominal strength which we test with curl ups. Another test is the trunk lift test. We also test for flexibility with two different tests called the back saver reach test or shoulder strength test. The upper body strength test we test with push ups or the flexed arm hang. The last component is the body mass index test where we weigh and measure each student.
