TERM 2 SCHEDULES 2024
Term 2 schedules can be accessed through PowerSchool starting December 13th. You will not be able to see your schedule by using the PowerSchool app on your phone; only a computer or Chromebook
The schedule change request form will be available at 8:30 am on Jan 2nd and will be linked HERE. You must be logged into your school Google account to access this form. This form will remain open until January 4th at 3:45pm.
A list of open classes will be available Wednesday, Dec.13th for download HERE.
🔳 Any request for a change is due by 3:45pm on Thursday, Jan 4th
🔳 Students requesting a Teacher Assistant block must submit the change form AND email the teacher to request to be a TA. Please CC your counselor on your email.
🔳 Any changes to a schedule after this window are subject to a drop F in the course.
🔳 Requests MUST be submitted using the schedule change Google form. Phone calls and emails will not be considered.
🔳 Students are expected to attend their original schedule until they see a change in PowerSchool to their schedule.
🔳 Students can expect to wait up to 4 days before seeing a change of schedule in PowerSchool. All granted changes will be completed by Jan 13th.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Schedule changes at this point in the year should be for extenuating circumstances only. Students are given an opportunity to request a change in their courses twice before they are finalized; once in May with their course confirmation sheet and once in August when we return from summer break. Requests made at this time will only be considered if students have a compelling reason for having not requested this change the first two times they had the opportunity. You will have space on the form to tell us what your reason is so that we can make careful and informed adjustments.
