• Measure P Citizens Oversight Committee (COC)
     
     
    Law requires that a Citizens Oversight Committee be established to assure that bond funds are used as outlined in the ballot.  The committee is composed of parents, seniors, business and civic leaders and meets on a quarterly basis.  The committee reviews an annual audit performed by an outside firm and reports its findings to the community.
