I'm Angela Turner and I love math! I will admit that it didn't always use to be that way when I was a student at Mitchell Jr. High and Cordova Sr. High. Great instructors at American River College and the University of California, Davis (B.S. in Agricultural Economics) convinced me that I could actually like and be successful in math. This was a fortunate turn of events, because my former career as a real estate appraiser was intensively math-oriented. Being a teacher and assisting students learn and hopefully at least like math is the most challenging yet rewarding thing I do. I am also happy to support my student athletes and musicians by attending games and concerts. My roots run deep in the Rancho Cordova and Mather area, and if you get me started I might give you a lesson on local history! I reside in the Sunriver area of Rancho Cordova, and in my spare time you can find me walking the river trail and shopping at Target. If I'm not there, I'm probably working in my yard or watching old movies on TCM. Enough about me, I look forward to learning about you this year!
