Dear Parents and Students,I'd like you to take a few minutes to read the following articles on "Sleep" and ""Eating Breakfast" and then discuss them with each other at home.
Many of my students come to school either tired or hungry or both! This results in a lack of focus, mental sharpness, and physical stamina at school. :(
We've talked about these together in class, but it would be great for you to also discuss ways you can get enough sleep and a nutritious breakfast before coming to school. They're just as important to your success as cracking a book!(Just click on the links here---)
