Thank you to all who completed the survey we sent regarding whether or not your student(s) will be returning to in-person learning. If you did not complete the survey, our staff will be contacting you.
*Please note: that if we cannot reach you, your student(s) will be placed in either Group A or Group B.
Thank you for your continued engagement and partnership.
A MESSAGE FROM THE HEALTH OFFICE:
When it is deemed safe to switch to a Hybrid/Traditional learning model, students will be required to have mandated immunizations or a medical exemption letter signed by the child's doctor stating which vaccines are exempted and the reason, or they may be excluded from in-person learning. Please do not wait until the last minute. Please turn in any required immunizations if you received a letter or email. Seventh graders need Tdap in addition to the other mandated immunizations. Please turn in the record as soon as possible to avoid any delays to in-person learning. The district is offering free immunization clinics for those who qualify. For more information please call 916 294-9013 or email your school nurse: Abloom@fcusd.org
