Increasing your school's funding!
With the completion of a single form you can increase funding to your child's school.
Does your child attend one of the following schools?
Cordova Gardens, Cordova Meadows, Cordova Villa, Kinney High, Mills Middle, Peter J. Shields, Prospect Community Day School, Rancho Cordova Elem, White Rock, Williamson Elem
If so, every student in your school receives meals at no cost to the family. However, your school is asking that you complete an “alternative income eligibility” form for your school.
This is not an application for free or reduced meals. This ensures your school receives the most amount of funding available from the state, which is used to increase services for your school, including intervention teachers, academic coaches, special programs, technology, field trips, and more!
We need your help: Without everyone’s participation, your school may not receive all of the funding it is entitled to from the state - meaning fewer services for our students.
Confidential: Our system is confidential, we will never share your information with anyone. You may return your form in a sealed envelope, if requested, or complete the form online in the privacy of your home.
Complete the form: Click here to complete the form online. Paper copies are available at your school's front office.
For more information: Call your school or the Categorical Programs department at (916) 294-9000.
