Enjoyed a tour of Cordova High School with Principal Anklam.  He is very proud of the students and teachers for the increase of 14 points bringing their API up to 745.  Go Lancers!  Observed students engaged in science experiments with Mr. Regan.  Ms. Backes was perched on a stool discussing literature with her students.  I was impressed at the variety of math classes Mr. Wegsteen teaches: Algebra I, Pre Calculus and AP Calculus.  Mr. Arrelano paused his discussion with students for a picture with Mr. Anklam.  (Thanks)  Visited with the ever-smiling Ms. TerHaar.   And, finally Mr. Huckabee and Ms. Shepherd, speaking about a special education issued, posed for a "happy" picture.
