Mather has a school-wide approach to discipline and mentoring.  Ms. Stephanie, the office administrative assistant, Mr. Bud, the custodian, and Principal Carlomagno each mentor two students by checking in with them each day, asking how their day is going, inquiring about homework, and just being available to them.
