2012-13 Schedule Pick-Up

To obtain a schedule, all fines must be paid in full. The following three forms must be filled out, signed and returned at schedule pick up: (1) MandatorySignature Page, (2) Emergency Card and (3) Student Health Information. 

IMPORTANT:Please check the fine list and pay all fines before getting into your appropriate line to obtain your schedule. All fines need to be paid before your schedule can be picked up. 

Included in this packet are the following: Mandatory Signature Page, Emergency Card, Student Health Information, Attendance Office Information for Parents, Safe School Pledge, Student Technology Use Agreement and PTSA flyer. Applications for the 2012-13 National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs will be available at the school offices by mid July. In addition, the following information will be available at schedule pick up in the gym: yearbook purchase, parking permits, work permits, insurance, school pictures, athletics and lunch applications. Parents Rights & Responsibilities are available on line atwww.fcusd.orgin English, Spanish and Russian. Our school calendar was not finalized at the time of print; we will send a school calendar home with students during the first week of school.
