Project Description: Includes
installation of new fire alarm system; installation of
new intrusion alarm system; installation of new phone
system for safety; installation of new data system for
technology; replacement of HVAC system and inclusion to
the energy management system; addition of floor
covering, lights, casework, countertops, sinks,
ceilings, blinds, white boards, door and hardware in all
rooms; upgrade of all areas for handicap accessibility;
repair or replacement of all roofs; painting of the
entire campus (interior and exterior); repair of hard
court and parking lot; demolition and replacement of old
portables; replacement of ball wall; installation of
cable television to classrooms; installation of remote
irrigation control system; and renovation of kitchen
area.
Project Funding:
The project construction cost was
$3.0 million and was funded from Measure B and state building program
funds.
Project Timeline:
The project began in February 2003 and was complete by
September 2003.
