Project Description:
Refinish/replace classroom
casework; ADA upgrades; remodel of administration; renovate multipurpose
building to include new stucco, roofing, HVAC, replace ceiling tiles,
lights and mechanical grilles; replace doors throughout campus; upgrade
master clock; upgrade intrusion alarm; reconfiguration of two classrooms
into a new computer lab and library; and alterations to site and
landscaping.
Project Funding:
The estimate construction cost include architect and engineering fees is
$1.8 million. This project is being funded from Measure B and Measure N.
Project Timeline: The project began in June 2007 and is scheduled for completion by the
start of school.
