Construction of a new maintenance services center in Rancho Cordova.  The estimated cost is $13.5 million to be funded from Measure M.  This project will be LEED certified.  The current maintenance center is located in Rancho Cordova and is shared with the transportation yard.  Construction of the new center will provide the much needed room for transportation to house additional buses and staff.  Estimated start of construction is in early 2012.
