Project Description:
INITIAL
SCOPE:
Renovation includes a new LRC in building H, program
rearrangement in the permanent building and portables,
remodel Principal and Sergeant office spaces to provide
more security; asbestos abatement; new low voltage
systems; parking lot re-configuration; move of
Mather Youth Academy programs from portable classrooms
to permanent classrooms;
and add four office spaces and teachers’ lounge in Room
4.
Project Funding:
The estimate construction cost is
$1.3 million is funded by Measure N.
Project Timeline: The project began in
May 2009 and is scheduled for completion in August
2009.
