Project Description:  Includes demolition and replacement of old portables; installation of new fire alarm system; new intrusion alarm system; new phone system for safety; new data system for technology; replacement of HVAC system with inclusion of energy management; addition of floor covering, lights, casework, countertops, sinks, ceilings, blinds, white boards, doors and hardware in all rooms; upgrade of all areas for handicap accessibility; repair and/or replacement of all roofs; painting; provision of teaching station for music program; provide traffic barrier between cafeteria and parking lot; replacement of ball wall; installation of remote irrigation control system; renovation of kitchen; installation of cable television to classrooms; eliminate exterior drain issues; and reconfigure Reymouth classrooms.

Project Funding:  The project construction cost was $4.0 million and was funded from Measure B and state building program.

Project Timeline:  The project began in February 2003 and was complete by November 2003.
