Cordova Lane
Elementary School serves grades K-5. The school is located on 10.00
acres in Rancho Cordova. The original permanent buildings were
established in 1959 and 1960, and were modernized in 1999. The library
relocatable building was placed in 1988, as was the student care
building. The multipurpose room was added in 1991. A relocatable
classroom was moved from Mather Heights Elementary School in 1992 to
accommodate special education students. In 1997 and 1998, five
relocatable classrooms were added. The trailer used for the resource
specialist program was replaced in 2004 with a new building.
