Project Description: Reconfigure
kitchen to provide space for new freezer/refrigeration
units, improve kitchen layout to provide additional dry
storage and improve workflow, replace mobile serving
with built in serving counters, replace vinyl flooring,
and upgrade student restrooms to ADA standards.
Project Funding:
The project construction cost is estimated at
$934,000 and will be funded from Food Service and Measure N funds.
Project Timeline:
The project began in June 2010 and will be complete by December 2010.
