Request for Network Services - Current Employees
(Add/Move/Change Process for Existing
Employees)
Hopefully you're here because (a) you're a current FCUSD
employee; and (b) you need to make a change in your
district network/e-mail account. These include
things like a change in site, name change, needing access
to additional systems, etc. If so, you're in the
right place!
We've moved to
a new system for submitting work orders, which allows
you to submit this request form electronically (and speed up
the process of getting your changes done). You (and
all other FCUSD employees) have been sent information
about how to use this new system to submit other
types of requests for help from ETIS (Educational
Technology & Information Systems) or M&O (Maintenance
& Operations), but in the meantime...
If you haven't already created a SchoolDude
account, just follow the instructions on the link below to
set up your account on the new system to use this
form for your changes. It's extremely important
that employees do this work themselves (no setting up
accounts for someone else). More to follow shortly!

can do to help!
