FROM THE LIBRARY: Thank you everyone for visiting the Book Fair. Hopefully you got some great reading ideas!  The library will be open for 6th and 7th grade lunches today.

 

LIP SYNC CONTEST: 4th Annual Sutter Lip Sync contest will take place tomorrow in the overflow Cafeteria starting at 6:30pm.  Come and cheer on your favorite Sutter Lip Syncer.  Awards will be given to the top 3 groups.  

 

PENNIES FOR PATIENTS: Last week we raised a little over $700. Mrs. Deatherage's advisory collected $187.41 and is currently in the lead, followed by Mrs. Sorensen's advisory, who raised $123.21.  Please do what you can to help those who are affected by blood cancers.  By collecting spare change, you are helping kids like Jackson, the younger brother of a student at Sutter.  Also, let your parents know that they can also get involved by either donating their spare change or writing a check made payable to The Leukemia/Lymphoma Society.  Thanks for your help.

 

SPORTS

 

BADMINTON CLUB: Badminton Club is tomorrow at lunch. Be on time! We have lots of games to play.

 

WRESTLING BANQUET:  The Wrestling Awards Banquet will be in the overflow cafeteria, Tuesday, March 16th.  It starts at 5:30. Remember to bring in your uniform and warm ups to the banquet.  We have extra boxes of cookie dough that will be available for $10.  Also, pizza and drinks will be available for $4 but you need to pre-order for your family by Monday.

 

OFF CAMPUS ACTIVITY

 

Mad Dawg Wrestling has begun!  If you are interested in joining the Mad Dawg Wrestling Club, practices will be on Tuesday and Thursday nights in the Folsom High wrestling room.  11 year olds and under will practice from 5-6 and 12 years and up will wrestle from 6-7:30 pm.  No experience is needed, and it is open to anyone who wants to give it a try.  Get a flyer from Coach Collier in the PE office.
