Mr. Burgess
childhood:
Mr. burgess was born
and raised in South Bend, Indiana. It was right down the street from
the University Of Notre Dame. then his family moved to Burlington, Iowa,
from Iowa to South Dakota, and lived on a cattle ranch. Soon after he moved
back to Iowa and then to, Folsom, California. |

school life: Mr. Burgess always
wanted to be a professional athlete. When he was in middle school, he liked
it because he to compete on the athletic teams. He also didn't like middle
school because he was teased for his size.
He started college at American River Junior College and
earned his AA there, from there went to Sac State for a semester, then went
to work for seven years, and then went back to school to finish his college
and get his Teaching Credential at Azusa Pacific University. |

Mr. Burgess
home life: Mr. Burgess have
three adult children, one girl and two boys. His daughter is 27 and his two
sons are 25 and 20. He has no pets! None, zip, nada. He loves to travel with
his wife to historical sites. It's something that they always do together.

Mr.
Burgess teaching career:
Mr. Burgess knew that he wanted to teach P.E. since he was a senior in
high school. He started to teach at Folsom high school and then at Mitchell
JR. High, then to Folsom Middle the finally to Sutter Middle school. He has
been teaching for 21 years. this year he is teaching 8th grade. He started
teaching because it was his passion. His favorite memory about teaching is
when several students came back and said he was a wonderful teacher. He says
that if he could teach anything else it would be History, because he has
taught it before.
