What's an IPV? Commonly used attendance codes:

UNX - Unexcused
UNV - Unverified
ACT - Activity
SUS - Suspended
INS - Inhouse
TDY - Tardy (over 30 minutes)
LTE - Late (under 30 minutes)
IMV - Ill medically verified
IPV - Ill parent verified
JPS - Justified Personal
NOC - No Contact with parent/guardian after 3 attempts by school

INFORMATION IS UPDATED DAILY BY 9:00 AM. INFORMATION SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED RELIABLE,  BETWEEN 8:00 AM AND 9:00 AM, MONDAY-FRIDAY.

ACTIVATION CODES FOR NEW STUDENTS WILL DISTRIBUTED DURING ADVISORY CLASSES ON MONDAY, AUG. 22ND.
Returning students/parents will use the same log in information from the previous year.

 jpalmros@fcusd.org. As a full-time teacher, Mr. Palmrose has many responsibilities. Please allow 2-4 school days to receive a reply to your issue. 

All teachers at Sutter Middle School will have data available for student and parent viewing. Please make sure to read and understand each teacher's individual policy regarding posting grades online. Before contacting an SMS teacher or counselor regarding a student grade, please understand the posting policies (which differ from teacher to teacher) and discuss the circumstances of how the grade was earned with your student. When contacting a staff member, it is of great assistance for you to have physically seen the returned assignment, so a more productive dialogue can take place between the parties involved.
