Superintendent Bettencourt presented this information regarding the Local Control Funding Formula and the Local Control and Accountability Plan to the District's Leadership Team on July 30, 2014, and to the Superintendent's Communication Committee on September 18, 2014.
The Superintendent's Communications Committee (SCC) was established to facilitate parent involvement in District matters. Meetings are open forums for parents to share their thoughts and concerns about District topics and become knowledgeable of District policies, decisions, and student achievement. Meeting dates for 2014-14 are attached.
City of Rancho Cordova staff and Council Members, FCUSD staff and Board Members, and community members meet on February 25, 2013, to discuss ways to improve student achievement in a targeted manner with broad community support.
