Put on your running shoes!
Gallardo PTA is kicking off our annual Jog-A-Thon Fundraiser to be held on Friday, October 31, 2014.
The event will be held during the school day and will count toward your child’s
PE minutes for the week and toward Mileage Club.
How donations will be used
All proceeds from the Jog-a-Thon will help ensure essential programs at Gallardo Elementary continue to happen and new needs of the school are met. This year, as funds are available, the approved PTA budget will provide the school with additional librarian hours,improved campus technology, the Accelerated Reader program, supplies for teachers and students, school assemblies, various student programs, and much more. With continued state budget cuts we need your support now more than ever.

Friday, October 3
Jog-a-thon packets are sent home. Start gathering pledges from family, friends, and close neighbors.
Friday, October 24
Sponsor Forms due!
Please return your sponsor forms to your teacher or the school office.
Friday, October 31
Students should wear sunscreen and appropriate clothing and shoes for running. Show your school spirit and wear school colors or Gator Gear.
Sponsor Forms (along with receipts, if requested) are returned to students after recording the number of laps he/she completes. Start collecting money from sponsors. Please help your child with this, so that monies will be received in a timely manner.

Sponsor forms and donations due!
Please return your forms and donations in the Jog-A-Thon envelope to your teacher or to the office. Checks should be made payable to Gallardo PTA. Credit cards can be run in the PTA office in the mornings.
